Self Pick-Up Orders
Is there a physical location for me to pick up my order?
Yes! We offer In-Store Pickup (FREE) at our Wan Chai location.
Please come by to pick up your orders, browse our great selection of party supplies, and chat with our friendly specialists for inspirations on hosting a great party!

I placed my order online. When will it be available for pick-up?
Most orders on in-stock items are processed within 1 working day.
We will notify you via email once your order is ready for pick-up. Please feel free to contact us if you have any special requests or wish to confirm the timing!
Can I bring inflated balloons on the MTR (or other public transport)?
Yes. We will place your inflated balloons in plastic bags, so you can bring them onto public transport (including the MTR) with ease.
What delivery options are available for my order?
In addition to In-Store Pick Up at our Wan Chai Store (FREE), we also offer delivery service.
For orders without inflated, bulky, and fragile products, you can select:
- Standard Delivery: $49 for orders below $400; FREE for orders on or above $400.
- SF Express Freight Collect: Pay shipping fee upon delivery
For orders with inflated, bulky, and fragile products, you can select:
- Collect from Delivery Van: We will assign a van to deliver your order, and you will collect the order from the van.
- Door-to-Door Delivery: We will directly deliver your order to your address.
Please refer to below fee table. Weekends and public holidays delivery will incur an additional surcharge of $50.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Please contact us before placing the order if you require same-day delivery.
We will try our best to meet your timeline, depending on the products in the order and delivery location.
Can you deliver at a specific time in the day?
For Collect from Delivery Van or Door-to-Door Delivery orders, we will contact you to confirm the date and time for delivery before dispatch. Here is our available time range for delivery:
- Monday - Saturday: 11:00-19:00
- Sunday & Public Holidays: 11:00-15:00
If you have a specific date and time in mind, please leave us a note during checkout (e.g. Delivery Date: 7 Nov, 12:00-13:00), or contact us before placing your order. We will try our best to meet your needs.
For Standard Delivery and SF Express Freight Collect, we will not be able to accommodate specific times of the day for delivery.
Can you deliver to my party venue?
Yes! Simply select Collect from Delivery Van or Door-to-Door Delivery and we will deliver the order to your party venue. We suggest providing detailed venue booking information (e.g. booking name) to ensure smooth deliveries.
If your venue location require special access instructions for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Payments & Exchanges
How do I place an order with Bank Deposit / PayMe / FPS payment?
After you place the order online and receive a confirmation, please follow the instruction for your preferred payment method below.
Once payment has been made, please send us a photo of the deposit advice / confirmation screenshot, together with your order number via email firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp +852 6303 2303.
Please note your order will be processed once full payment has been received.

Can I exchange items purchased?
We have a 10-Day Exchange Policy for most items*. If you are not satisfied with the product, simply contact us with your order information and a brief note on the exchange request.
Once your request is approved, you can either visit our Wan Chai store or send the product back via HK Post / SF Express to exchange the items.
Only exchange of products at the same or lower price is available. Additional payment is required if you would like to exchange for a more expensive product.
Only products in unopened, unused, unworn and in their original packaging and saleable condition are eligible for exchange.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, please send us the details of your orders and the defective item details at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Following items are NOT eligible for exchange:
- All inflated items - including helium-filled and air-filled balloons
- Balloon weights
- Confectionaries and other food items
- Balloon inflation services
- Delivery fees
- Party setup services
Air-Filled & Helium-Filled Balloons
Do your balloons come filled with helium or air?
We offer a wide selection of balloons that are suitable for helium-filling or regular air-filling.
For helium-filled balloons, there is a “Balloon Inflation Service” option in the product page where you can select “With Helium” or “Without Helium”. A free curling ribbon will be attached for your inflated balloon.
We highly recommend buying balloon weights to securely hold your helium-filled balloons!
For air-filled balloons, we suggest purchasing a handheld balloon pump with your order to save your lung some hard work :-)
Can I bring my balloons in for inflation only?
Yes! If your brand-new and unused balloons are suitable for helium-filling, please bring them to our Wan Chai store for inflation.

Can I buy the balloons uninflated? Do you sell helium tanks?
Yes, you can buy the balloons without helium filling. There is a “Balloon Inflation Service” option in the product page, where you can select “Without Helium” and the price will update accordingly.
Sorry, we do not sell helium tanks to customers due to safety considerations.
How long will the balloons stay inflated / afloat?
Balloon float times can vary significantly based on factors such as size, material and the environment where the balloon is placed.
Below should give an indicative idea for indoor use based on "ordinary" conditions:
- 10-12in latex balloon: ~6-8 hours
- 36in latex balloon: ~10-12 hours
- Foil balloons (except air-filled balloons): ~2-3 days
- Crystal balloons: ~2-3 days
Can I re-fill the foil or latex balloons?
While this is technically possible, however please note the following points:
- Balloons must be entirely undamaged to be re-filled to an acceptable effect
- Latex balloons tend to biodegrade very rapidly, especially in direct sunlight
For these reasons, Party Hero will not be able to offer inflation services for used balloons.
What kind of weights would I need to hold the helium balloons down?
We recommend that you buy balloon weights based on the type of your balloon. Please refer to below table.

If you are combining multiple balloons, please add more or heavier weights as appropriate.
Balloon weights are not required for AirWalker balloons and air-filled balloons.
Is the “inflated size” indicated in the product description / packaging accurate?
The inflated sizes printed / displayed are for reference only, and could vary significantly in practice. Factors such as ambient temperature, sunlight and wind conditions can affect the inflated balloon size.
